As part of the inaugural New York Times Food Festival in Bryant Park, the Cooking Stage hosted live chef demos daily. With chefs from the likes of Thomas Keller to Alison Roman, the star-studded line up wowed the audience with beautiful dishes. Over the two day festival, the stage hosted 13 30-minute demos with 15-minute changeovers.
