To feed consumers appetite for live experience during the pandemic, Resy put on a 10-course drive thru tasting that offered an exclusive bite from LA’s top restaurants and culinary stars. The event featured celebrity chefs from the likes of Nancy Silverton to Curtis Stone, all operating under the strictest COVID-safe guidelines. Behind the scenes, the culinary team was spread across 6 indoor satellite kitchens, 5 food trucks, 10 individual service tents, 2 sanitation tents, and 1 bar to make the event both COVID compliant and a success.
